Forget Me Twice: there has been an issue with Shopify, not processing the refunds to our customers. We are working with their billing department to fix this issue. We are understand everyone’s frustration. We apologize for the inconvenience. A statement will be posted soon.
(currently processing refunds for those that requested it. We are also currently in contact with Shopify support regarding the refund status. We are also emailing in batches for those who kept the book and wanted a $5 refund and a discount code. )

Anniversary box: all replacements will be sent out this upcoming week.

Celestial Haven: replacements are being processed.

All I Have- packing has resumed, they will be going out within the next two weeks. I will be working day and night to get this done. I apologize about the delay!

Soulful Seas: all books have shipped out.

Holiday Box (Jillian West) : there was an issue with the art prints, so we are fixing this. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Saint View Rebels by Elle Thorpe: All sales are shipped 12-16/18 weeks after the preorder closes. These are currently in production.
